The 'Time by Project' tool is one of the simplest, and
most useful in the suite. It is used to calculate the work effort
required at the beginning of a project, and to track the status of
completion as the project continues.
As the
project proceeds it keeps a record of estimated vs actual time;
allowing you the opportunity to charge for extras, or review your
costing policy. At the conclusion of your project, the tool
highlights how effective your project planning and time management
has been.
